Leo Chan has extensive experience in the field of science and technology, currently serving as Associate Director of the Science & Technology Advisory Team at 10x Genomics since March 2017, having progressed through various managerial positions within the same team. Leo Chan's career began at the Joint Genome Institute as a Senior Research Associate and Postdoctoral Research Fellow from November 2011 to December 2013, following postdoctoral research at The University of Georgia from January 2009 to October 2011. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Marine Biosciences from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo.
