Leo Fajardo serves as the Director of Project Development at 174 Power Global, focusing on utility-scale PV solar and battery energy storage projects across multiple energy markets. Previously, Leo held the position of Project Director Development at NextEra Energy Resources, leading transmission development and interconnections in ERCOT and MISO. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Valero Energy Corporation, where Leo managed midstream projects in Mexico, and NuStar Energy L.P., overseeing engineering aspects of oil and gas projects. Leo co-founded TRINKITS and contributed to financial analysis and strategy consulting in various firms. A graduate of the Texas McCombs School of Business with an MBA, Leo also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
