We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive and execute our hiring efforts across multiple regions. In this role, you will be a key partner to the business, ensuring timely delivery of top-tier talent while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and supporting our global growth.

You’ll work across diverse geographies, functions, and levels of seniority, bringing a deep understanding of international recruitment practices and a proactive, data-driven approach to hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for global roles across various business units (technology, commercial, operations etc)
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver against time-to-fill and quality targets
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates on their status in the recruitment process
  • Ensure alignment with headcount plans and hiring budgets, escalating needs for approvals or business cases when necessary.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TA tools, processes, and KPIs

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS

1.    Time to Fill : Measure the average number of days it takes to fill a position from the time it's opened to the time an offer is accepted

2.    Quality of Hire : Evaluate the performance and longevity of candidates hired over a specific period

3.    Offer Acceptance Rate : Calculate the percentage of candidates who accept job offers after receiving them. A high offer acceptance rate suggests effective candidate engagement and alignment between candidates' expectations and the organization's offerings
