Linda Slater is an experienced administrative professional with a focus on equity, community service, and workforce development. Currently serving as an Administrative Officer at the American Association of University Women (AAUW) since July 2015, Linda is committed to promoting women's rights and education. Additionally, Linda has been the Site Coordinator for the Earn It! Keep It! Save It! Program in Alameda County since January 2016, providing essential tax preparation services to low-income households. Linda's extensive background includes a decade-long role as a Tax Advisor at H&R Block and over two decades in various positions with the Alameda County Workforce Investment Board, where Linda contributed to building a better workforce. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University - East Bay.
