Vito Giallorenzo

Vito Giallorenzo currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Accela since March 2025. Previously, Giallorenzo held the position of Chief Financial Officer at QNX from January 2024 to January 2025, and served as a Board Observer at Car IQ Inc. and a Board Member at CEREBRUMX, Electra Vehicles, Inc., and SAM Seamless Network from 2021 to 2025. Giallorenzo has extensive experience in senior roles at BlackBerry from September 2017 to December 2023, including SVP Corporate Development and Chief Operating Officer, where notable achievements included a successful transition from hardware to software, the establishment of QNX as a separate business unit, and a significant cost optimization initiative. Earlier in the career, Giallorenzo worked at Perella Weinberg Partners as a Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking, where over 30 transactions were completed, as well as Naspers Limited and Morgan Stanley in corporate development and investment banking roles. Giallorenzo holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and an MSEng in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
