Larissa Lanz has been working in various roles since 2011. Larissa began their career as an Account Manager Dynamics CRM at Elliott Browne International in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Oliver Parks as an Account Manager SharePoint Global. In 2015, they became Inhaberin at Lanz Unternehmensberatung. In 2018, they took on the role of HR Manager at Giant Swarm. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Director of People & Culture and then Head of People and Culture at ACCURE Battery Intelligence.
Larissa Lanz received their Master of Arts degree in Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management from Newcastle University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in English Studies und Germanistik from The University of Bonn in 2009.
