Haja C. is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Adevinta since January 2024. Prior to this role, Haja led the People Communications team globally at Delivery Hero, focusing on employee engagement and corporate culture. Haja has a strong background in internal communications, having held positions at N26 as Global Internal Communications Lead, Nissan Motor Corporation as Assistant General Manager of Employee Communications & Operations, and had roles at Havas, TOTAL, Groupon France, AXA France Services, Ton Monde, and Air France. Haja holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Internal Communication from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, alongside other degrees in Intercultural Relations and Applied Foreign Languages.
