Jessica Berry

Jessica Berry is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Adient since October 2016. Throughout a successful career at Adient, Jessica has held various leadership roles including Vice President for Toyota and Hyundai-Kia, VP of Quality, and Platform Director. Prior experience includes notable positions at Johnson Controls from July 1999 to October 2016, where Jessica advanced through numerous roles including Platform Director, Director of Commercial Development, and Senior Program Manager for the Honda Business Unit in North America. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Additional leadership training was completed through the Johnson Controls Leadership Edge program in 2012.
