Steve R.

Steve R. has a diverse work experience in the technology and IT field. Steve started their career in 2005 as a Helpdesk Analyst CSR2 at Cegedim, where they provided support for pharmaceutical sales reps, including desktop support, HP iPAQ PDAs, and password resets via Active Directory. In 2007, Steve joined ADS, Inc. as a Network Administrator and later progressed to the role of IT Manager. From there, they became the Manager of Enterprise Services and ultimately the Director of Technology Infrastructure & Security.

Steve R. obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ECPI University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Administering Windows Server 2012 and Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft, as well as a CompTIA Security+ certification in April 2015.
