Previously, April spent over 16 years at WFTV, where roles included Executive Producer and News Producer. Earlier experiences include positions as a Producer at WPXI-TV and Wtov9, as well as Associate Producer at WPXI-TV. April holds a B.A. in Communication from Bethany College, completed in May 2002.
