Javier Dib

Javier Dib currently serves as the CEO of AES Andes since August 2022, after holding the position of CEO at Guacolda Energía & Electrica Cochrane from April 2018 to August 2022. With experience at AES since 2002 across Argentina, Panama, and Chile, Javier previously held roles such as Andes SBU Controller at AES Gener S.A. and SBU Controller for México, Centro América & Caribe at AES Latin America SRL. Prior to joining AES, Javier worked as Financial Director at Alexander Gold Group Ltd. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Financial Management from Fundacion Magister, and a degree in Contador Publico Nacional from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
