Mark Adams has had a lengthy and progressive career in the legal field. Mark started in 1998 as a Lawyer at McMillan LLP, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, Mark joined AGF Management Limited as a Legal Counsel. Over the years, they steadily climbed the corporate ladder, assuming roles such as Vice-President, Legal Counsel, VP, Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and ultimately Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, a position they currently hold. Mark's extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors has undoubtedly shaped their expertise and leadership abilities.
Mark Adams has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Honours) degree from Western University. Mark also has additional certifications including ESG: Navigating the Board's Role from Berkely Law Executive Education and Barrister & Solicitor from the Law Society of Ontario.
