Bob McKay's work experience is as follows:
- From 2015 to present, they are the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of AgriDigital, where they manage financial aspects, investor relations, and product development for solutions in the agriculture sector.
- From 1992 to 2015, they were the Managing Director of Agfarm Pty Ltd, where they founded and expanded the business into a national grain broker and cotton accumulation activities.
- In 2008, they were the General Manager and Co-Founder of Clear Commodities Pty Ltd (now Clear Grain), responsible for the innovation and design of the Clear Grain Exchange system.
