Roya Babanoury is vice president and general counsel, Americas and assistant corporate secretary at Air Products. She has responsibility for leading the company’s legal organization in North and South America and for corporate secretarial work.
Ms. Babanoury joined Air Products in 2003. She has supported many of the company’s key businesses, including LNG, Helium, Business Development, HyCO, Gardner Cryogenics and Prism Membranes, and has advanced through multiple positions of increasing responsibility in the Legal Department. Prior to joining Air Products, Ms. Babanoury spent six years in private practice as a project finance attorney with a New York law firm.
Ms. Babanoury holds a B.A. degree in political science (international relations) from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
