Diana Mosquera, MD, MBA, FASA, currently serves as an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean of Health Care Strategy & Clinical Transformation at Albany Medical College and as Associate Medical Director of Value Based Care at Albany Medical Center. Previously, Diana held the position of Assistant Professor in Clinical Anesthesiology & Critical Care at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where responsibilities included Course Director for Quality & Performance Improvement. Additional roles at Penn Medicine included Clinical Lead for Managed Care and Payer Relations and Resident Physician in Anesthesiology and Critical Care. Diana earned an MBA in Health Care Administration from The Wharton School and a Doctor of Medicine from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stony Brook University.
