Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, Robert served as Senior Vice President – Finance, for Unilever’s Global Supply Chain, an organization that handled the procurement, manufacturing, logistics and customer service activities for the entire Unilever Group.
Robert brings a wealth of international finance experience to Alghanim Industries, having held management positions with Unilever for over 20 years. He has particular expertise in financial control and risk management, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, change management, business systems deployment and treasury operations.
Robert holds a master of science degree in applied physics and computer science from Technical University, Delft, Netherlands, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Wharton School of Management, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
