Phil Dean is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Algo since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the People & Culture function for a leading AI demand planning solution provider. Previous positions held include VP and Director of People & Culture, as well as roles in human resources at companies such as Cayman Chemical, Wayne State University, and Dawn Foods Global, where Phil focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and performance management across various teams. In addition to corporate roles, Phil is a Career Coach at The Detroit Writing Room. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an MBA with dual concentrations in Management and Human Resources Management from Wayne State University.
