Role & Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, your leadership will shape a thriving, high-performing organization by fostering a cohesive company culture, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with the organization’s long-term vision. In this multifaceted role, you will support the company’s international expansion by aligning HR strategies with global growth objectives, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to excel across markets.

You will be responsible for balancing operational HR tasks, such as employee lifecycle management and compliance, with strategic initiatives that drive engagement, talent development, and organizational growth. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to the board, providing valuable insights and guidance on people strategies that align with the company’s overarching vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with All Options' organizational goals, ensuring seamless management and coordination of HR initiatives across all offices and departments. Drive impactful change initiatives and cultivate a supportive environment to effectively address challenges and foster success.
  • Employee Development & Coaching: Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for both the HR team and the broader leadership team, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Support seamless communication and coordination between departments to support organizational initiatives.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Build diverse, high-performing teams and promote a collaborative and unified culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven HR leadership experience, preferably within the financial or trading industry, with a strong understanding of Dutch labor law and its application in the workplace.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to address challenges empathetically and professionally.
  • Proven ability to drive HR strategy, provide effective coaching, and foster cross-departmental collaboration, with a strong track record of delivering clarity and direction in complex and ambiguous situations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values, and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
