Michael J. Lynch

Michael J. Lynch currently serves as Managing Director of Risk, Audit, Compliance & Execution at Allegiance Advisory Group, a prominent consulting firm in Washington, D.C., since October 2022. Previously, Lynch spent over 30 years at Freddie Mac, rising to the role of Vice President for Enterprise Risk Framework, where a comprehensive integrated risk management framework was developed. Lynch also held the position of Vice President for Enterprise Valuation Risk, focusing on accurate valuation of financial instruments for corporate reporting. Earlier roles at Freddie Mac included Controller of the Securities Sales & Trading Group and Financial Reporting Manager/Senior Auditor. Lynch earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
