Tom Manning has extensive experience in sports operations and game presentation, currently serving as the Director of Game Operations for the Allen Americans since August 2010. Previously, Tom held the role of Manager of Game Presentation and Operations and worked in various capacities within the sports industry, including a position as a Driver at UPS from July 2014 to May 2015. Tom also contributed to the Frisco RoughRiders as a member of the Promotions Team from March 2006 to September 2012 and operated as the Mascot Coordinator for Texas Tornado Hockey from October 2007 to April 2010.

The Allen Americans Professional Hockey Club is the ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Ottawa Senators. Founded in 2009, the club is owned by Myles and LaSonjia Jack. Championship Hockey is the backbone of the franchise, with the "Red" having captured back-to-back ECHL Kelly Cup Championships in 2014-15 & 2015-16, and two Central Hockey League President’s Cups in 2012-13 & 2013-14.
