As Somerset’s lead technical tax principal, his tax-area specialties include partnership, subchapter S-Corporation taxation, and state and local tax (including strategies, planning and compliance in all 50 states). Jay has led several tax initiatives within the firm in expanding our tax practice in employee benefits, trust and estate, not-for-profit, international as well as state and local strategies, planning and compliance.
