Heather Page

Heather Page has an extensive work experience. Heather is currently serving as the Vice President Global Learning and Development at Allied Universal since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at G4S for over a decade, holding various positions such as Head of Talent, Development & Resourcing, Talent & Development Manager, and HR Projects Manager. At G4S, they played a crucial role in implementing talent management strategies, leading training programs, managing projects related to talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to G4S, Heather worked at easyJet as the Cabin crew training manager lgw and at GB Airways as the Safety Training Manager.

Heather Page completed their education at The Open University from 2002 to 2015, where they earned a BSc Open Degree with honours in Psychology & Business. Additionally, they attended the University of Brighton from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Personnel and Development (CIPD). Heather also holds several additional certifications, including being an Accredited Internal Coach and a Star Manager Practitioner from Notion - STAR® (obtained in 2018) and Prince 2 Project management - Foundation & Practitioner from APMG (obtained in 2011).
