Marianne Robak

Marianne Robak is an advisor at ALLY Energy. Marianne has over 17 years of experience as a commercial litigation attorney, specializing in banking litigation, fraudulent transfers and conveyances, UCC claims and defenses, DTPA, and contract negotiations and drafting. Marianne has also represented clients in international business disputes in connection with the import/export business out of the Port of Houston.

Marianne Robak has a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and B.A.s in Theirtory and Journalism from the University of Arizona. Marianne also attended Horizon High School.
