Alba Mereish Lara (she/her)

Alba Mereish Lara has a diverse background in HR, having worked in various roles at global companies. Alba started her career with internships and sales roles at Nike, Inc. before moving on to positions at PepsiCo, Inditex, and Almirall. In these roles, she managed various HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and business partnering, demonstrating her ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships and implement strategic HR initiatives. In addition, she serves as a Board Member of the Business & Innovation Club at ESADE Alumni. Her experience showcases her expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and business leadership.

Alba holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, completed from 2007 to 2012 and pursued further education in human resources, completing a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management at EADA Business School in 2014. Alba also studied Keys to Managing People at IESE Business School in 2015. Then delved into leadership and people management with a degree in Women and Leadership from IESE Business School in 2019. She expanded their knowledge in HR Agile by obtaining a Scrum Manager certification in Agile Leadership in 2022. Throughout her educational journey, she also engaged in various music-related pursuits such as piano at ABRSM and soprano-choir singing at Palau de la Música Catalana.
