Theodore Agnew III

Theodore Agnew III is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and education, currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Alston & Bird since June 2023. Prior roles include Culture and Equity Specialist at Charles R Drew Charter School and Social Studies Teacher/Instructional Coach at Kipp South Fulton Academy. At The Kindezi Schools, Theodore held the position of Social Studies Teacher of Distinction, and previous experience includes serving as a Behavioral Monitor and Coordinator at Windsor Locks Middle School. Additionally, Theodore contributed as a Co-Facilitator of Cultural Competency Trainings for the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Theodore holds a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from Georgia State University and has earlier studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the same field.
