Zack Fairley

Zack Fairley is a seasoned Director of R&D Operations at Amgen, with a rich history of progressive roles within the organization since 2003. With expertise in organizational innovation and supplier partnership development, Zack leads a dynamic team focused on enhancing outsourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships in the drug development process. Previous roles include Senior Manager of R&D Strategy and Operations, where Zack ensured alignment with business objectives, and Preclinical Manager, responsible for external bioanalytical supplier operations. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Associate Scientist and Associate Scientist, focusing on analytical support and method development in drug discovery.
