Jet Foley has a range of experience in project management and engineering roles. Jet worked as a Project Manager at Amicus, where they focused on creating inspiring spaces that motivated employees and impressed customers. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Skerman Civil, overseeing the success of residential and commercial subdivisions. Jet also worked as a Project Engineer at Adbri Masonry, where they were responsible for tasks such as estimating, design, and documentation. In addition, they have experience as a Site Manager at Fast Reaction and a Project Manager at Spotless Group. Early in their career, Jet served as a Project Manager at Brisbane Bricklaying, working on large projects such as the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Jet Foley attended the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2011, they also received accreditation from the Australasian College of Health and Safety as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer. Additionally, in 2009, Jet attended the Moreton Institute of TAFE and obtained a Certificate III in Computer Aided Drafting.
