Jerome Arthur is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in pre-construction processes, project coordination, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Pre-Construction Project Manager at ETRO Construction since April 2021, Jerome leads the continuous improvement of pre-construction processes, contributing to projects such as the UBC Beaty Biodiversity Addition and UBC Recreation North. Previous roles include Senior Project Coordinator and Senior Design Coordinator at Graham, where Jerome managed design issues for the New Westminster Secondary School Design-Build, as well as Project Coordinator at Stuart Olson Inc. for the New William Griffin Community Recreation Center. Early career experience includes roles at EllisDon and Mortenson Construction, focused on large-scale healthcare and wind energy projects. Jerome holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and began education at St. Michael's College School.
