Jann Carmichael

Jann Carmichael is an accomplished pharmacy executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as President of PHARM CONSULT NV LLC and as Principal at Amplity Health since 2022, Jann previously held significant responsibilities as VISN 21 Pharmacy Executive at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2003 to 2017, where oversight included pharmacy operations for 460,000 veterans. Jann coordinated medication management, quality and safety initiatives, and participated in numerous national committees. Additionally, Jann held earlier positions as Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at Sierra Nevada Health Care System and Associate Professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Jann earned Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Iowa and the University of the Pacific.
