Hugo Pillu

Hugo Pillu currently serves as the Deputy Head of Institutional Clients Coverage for France at Amundi, a position held since 2015, where Hugo is also involved in Institutional Sales. Previously, Hugo was the Head of Research and Strategy at Agence France Trésor from December 2012 to March 2015, focusing on financial markets and sovereign debt management strategies. Hugo's experience also includes work as a Macroeconomist at the Direction générale du Trésor from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included economic policy design and assessment, as well as coordination with the OECD Economic Policy Committee. Earlier in their career, Hugo worked as an Economist - Junior Researcher at Ecole Centrale Paris, participating in European projects for the European Commission from 2007 to 2010. Hugo holds a PhD in Economics from Ecole Centrale Paris and advanced degrees in International Economics and Economics from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
