Khalilah Monahan

Khalilah Monahan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as learning and development. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager and previously as the Learning and Development Program Manager and Learning and Development Coordinator at Analysis Group since February 2020, Khalilah has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Prior roles include Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Senior Recruiter at Sevenstep, among others. Khalilah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Suffolk University, and is certified as a Professional Coach from the Academy of Creative Coaching. Additional qualifications include completion of the Associate Development Program with The Partnership Inc. and certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Blue Fitness.
