Matt Leonard is an experienced professional in project management and database solutions, currently serving as the Database Solutions Manager at Anteriad since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Senior Database Manager for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation for a brief period in early 2023, and as an Independent Consultant from October 2020 to March 2023, specializing in project management. Matt's notable experience includes a significant tenure at FIA, Inc. where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team to implement a new member database, overseeing the project lifecycle utilizing Agile methodology, and managing data analytics efforts. Additional roles include Project Management Consultant for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program and Escalation Data Consultant at Promontory Financial Group. Matt's earlier career involved community development work with the Peace Corps and support roles in organizations such as the United Way and the National Peace Corps Association. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics from Pennsylvania State University.
