Ginny East

Ginny East has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ginny is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Anthology Inc, where they lead global recruiting efforts. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Director and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Blackboard, which merged with Anthology in 2021. Ginny also has experience as a Lead Recruiter at Blackboard.

Before joining Blackboard, Ginny worked as a Principal Recruiting Consultant at SRA International Inc. as well as an Account Manager and Project Lead Recruiter at Adecco / Beeline RPO / Employer Services Corp. In these roles, they managed recruitment processes for various government and commercial accounts.

Ginny also has experience as a Contract Recruiter at RCG Information Technology and Compuware Corporation, where they focused on IT services and software recruitment. Ginny started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Compuware Corporation.

Ginny East obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
