Po-Han Chi

Po-Han Chi is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Appier since January 2024, focusing on user tagging for enhanced user segmentation in advertising. Previously, Po-Han served as a Machine Learning Engineer in Content Safety at TikTok from February 2023 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing and applying NLP language models for the automated removal of high-risk text content. From November 2021 to February 2023, Po-Han worked at Shopee as a Machine Learning Engineer, specializing in recommendation systems, including the implementation and online serving of EGEs Recall models and strategies. Po-Han holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from National Taiwan University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan Ocean University (2015-2016), along with education at National Tsing Hua University (2016-2019).
