Apple Roofing is a leading roofing company with a reputation for excellence and quality service. We are currently looking for a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are received in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information
