Matthew Clarke

Matthew Clarke is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Aramark since February 2022, Matthew has previously held similar roles at Metz Culinary Management from March 2020 to March 2023, and at Sodexo from January 2019 to March 2020, specializing in Corporate Services. Prior to these positions, Matthew served as System Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management from February 2014 to January 2019, and as Sous Chef at Twenty 21 from October 2007 to August 2008. Additional experience includes working as a Private Chef for Richard A. Sprague from October 2006 to October 2007. Matthew obtained an Associate's degree in Chef Training from the Philadelphia Restaurant School (1994-1996) and completed General Studies at North Penn High School (1989-1992).
