Silvia Hellmeister

Silvia Hellmeister is a strategic project coordinator and specialist at Arco Educação since April 2023, where contributions include the development of the 2024 budget plan and monitoring goal achievements. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Architect at isaac, focusing on engagement tracking and automation processes, as well as serving as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, contributing to diverse strategic projects aimed at optimizing fundraising and logistics. Silvia began her career with an internship at IMI Hydronic Engineering, negotiating sales in the commercial area, and conducted research at Escola Politécnica da USP, where co-authorship of a conference-presented article on tribological sliding trials was achieved. Silvia holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and participated in an exchange program at Shibaura Institute of Technology.
