Teresa Broggi Ciardullo

Teresa Broggi Ciardullo serves as General Legal Counsel and Corporate Legal Counsel at Arco Educação since March 2023, following a significant role in the M&A that unified Isaac and Arco. Teresa's responsibilities include managing Corporate and M&A, Products, Labor, and LegalOps, focusing on cultural transformation and enhancing legal efficiency across the group. Previously at Isaac from January 2021 to March 2023, Teresa structured the legal team during a period of rapid growth, contributing to impressive revenue and student enrollment increases. Teresa also worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados from October 2015 to January 2021, advising on complex corporate and M&A matters. Early experience includes a secondee position at Establishment Labs and internships with Barclays and the Procuradoria Geral da Fazenda Nacional. Teresa holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and studied at Leiden University.
