Jay Wolszczak

Jay Wolszczak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently, Wolszczak serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at First Watch Restaurants, a position held since May 2018. Prior to this role, Wolszczak was the Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel at Hard Rock International from October 1997 to May 2018. Wolszczak began the legal career as an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP and later at Akerman Senterfitt. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G.
