Mike Rodis served as Senior VIce President of Human Resources for Sunrise Senior Living for over a decade. While there, he led the efforts to recruit and develop a strong Sunrise team. Mike and his team allowed Sunrise to attract and foster top talent through educational tools, reward programs and growth opportunities. In his role, he championed Sunrise’s unique culture of recognition, coaching and strong team member communication.
Prior to Sunrise, Mike served as senior vice president of Human Resources at the Mills Corporation, a 1,500 employee real estate development and management company. Mike supported the senior management team on business strategy, incentive and health/benefit plans, while creating a diverse employee population. He has also held HR and communication roles at Discovery Communications, PepsiCo, MCI, Marriott and his own consulting business.
