With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Stephanie previously served as legal counsel at Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing compliance programs and negotiating contracts related to Medicaid and Medicare regulations. Prior roles include associate at Sidley Austin, where Stephanie handled internal investigations and compliance reviews, and law clerk at BCE Emergis, assisting with legal projects. Stephanie began her career as a senior accountant at Ernst & Young, specializing in healthcare clients. Stephanie holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
