Sébastien Leblanc has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within different companies. Sébastien started their career as the Head of Project at STI Plastics from 2000 to 2003. Sébastien then moved on to MECAPLAST, where they worked as an Advanced Project Manager for a decade, responsible for technical-economic studies, expert technical reports, and customer relations. In 2013, they became a Process Engineer at KEM ONE, where they focused on process optimization, new product/equipment scale-up, and process safety management. Since 2014, Sébastien has been employed at Arkema, initially serving as a Process Manager before being promoted to the role of Lead Process Engineer. At Arkema, they have been responsible for technical support, change management, and improving the reliability of the control command system.
Sébastien Leblanc's education history includes obtaining a DEUG A in Chimie des matériaux from Université Claude Bernard (LyonI) in 1994-1996, an Engineer degree in Polymers from ITECH in 1996-1999, a DESS in Innovation & Intelligence économique in Gestion de projet from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 1999-2000, and a DHET in Génie des Procédés from ENSIACET in 2010-2012.
