Sandro Sabka has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving as the Global Head of Supply Chain at ARLANXEO since December 2016. Previous roles at ARLANXEO include Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Europe, Global PSC Excellence & Supply Chain Planning, and various leadership positions in LATAM supply chain management. Prior to ARLANXEO, Sandro held positions at LANXESS as an Administrative Coordinator and at DSM Elastomers focused on inventory and supply planning. Early career experiences span several technical support roles in IT. Sandro holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Universidade La Salle.
