Bryan Heft

Bryan Heft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Technology at Arrow Electronics since June 2014, Bryan leads teams in Workday support operations and integrations, as well as managing global desktop and mobile device procurement and support for over 21,000 users across multiple regions. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Global HR Technology PMO at Arrow Electronics, Manager of End User Services at IBM, and Senior Project Manager for the American Heart Association. Bryan’s career at IBM spans over two decades, where responsibilities included leading complex projects in various industries, managing IT operations and support, and providing strategic leadership for service delivery. Bryan holds a BBA in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, and additional certifications in project management and emergency medical services.
