David Weiss has held significant positions in academia and business, serving as the Founder and Chairman of Assessment Systems Corporation since January 1979, while also maintaining a long-standing academic career at the University of Minnesota, where David Weiss progressed from Research Associate to Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and ultimately Professor. David Weiss earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
