Frédérique Ferrand has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Frédérique began their career at Cap Gemini Sogeti as a Chargée de Recrutement et de missions RH in 2001. Frédérique then went on to hold various roles as a Responsable des Ressources Humaines at Cap Gemini Sogeti from 2002 to 2010.
In 2010, Frédérique joined people&baby as a Responsable des Ressources Humaines for a year before moving to Steria in 2011 where they continued in the same role until 2013.
Frédérique then joined Assystem as a Responsable des Ressources Humaines in December 2013 and later became the Head of HR in October 2020. Frédérique is currently in this role at Assystem.
