Jennifer Linka Minns

Jennifer Linka Minns has extensive experience in technical support, customer service, and business management. Currently serving as a Level 3 Technical Application Specialist at Asure Software since August 2016, Jennifer excels in providing back-up support for Evolution products and achieving high first call resolution rates for client issues. As the owner of Vermonster Under the Bed, Jennifer oversees all aspects of product development and marketing. Previous roles include Operations Specialist at MyWebGrocer, where database management and KPI reporting were key responsibilities, and multiple positions at East Central Vermont Community Fiber Network and Vertek Corporation, focusing on customer service and account management. Jennifer also has a background in call center management at Vermont Teddy Bear Company and international teaching experience with the Peace Corps. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Hartwick College.
