Monica L. Scott is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in call center management and organizational development. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Atlanticus since April 2013, Monica previously held the position of Call Center General Manager at GreenSky Trade Credit, where efforts were focused on enhancing service reliability and scalability. As an Executive Consultant for MLScott Consulting, Monica facilitated staff development training in international locations and provided strategic consulting to management teams. With prior roles at CompuCredit, Starz Entertainment, and SED International, Monica has consistently driven efficiency and sales performance.
