Brittany Callahan

Brittany Callahan is a seasoned leader in Customer Success with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Attentive since October 2021, Brittany drives strategic initiatives to enhance customer and employee experiences through data-driven transformation. Brittany is also a Chief Member, contributing to a network dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success and Manager at Tealium, where responsibilities included leveraging customer data for business growth, and Manager of Enterprise Client Services at Verve, overseeing client success teams and multi-million dollar accounts.
