Guillaume Renaud is currently working as Lead in Customer Support at Audiokinetic since February 2014. Previously, Guillaume held various roles at Octasic from September 2004 to January 2014, including Customer and Sales Support, Configuration and Maintenance Engineer, and Validation Specialist. In these positions, Guillaume handled customer requests, reproduced and resolved reported issues, and served as a technical resource for the sales team, coordinating the integration of Octasic's products into customers' projects.
